Thanks for sharing this book/lecture. It looks great. I ordered the book.
I thought it was funny that in the TED talk he mentioned breaking the copyright law while Jeff Bezos was sitting right there in the audience. It looked like Bezos was reading his email, but perked up quick when that was mentioned
