It’s the last week of school and though the teachers in my kids’ school are a little wacky with all the end of year mayhem, they are still smiling and teaching and sharing and listening to all the kids in their midst. My own 3 school kids had a beautiful year with good teachers they truly love and admire. What a difference it can make in a kids life! And so, as the countdown gets down to just one day left, I have been counting my gratitudes for the amazing teachers we’ve had in our Austin public school this year.
